Carbide inserts factory in Industry 4.0

At Aug. 15, 2022, there was Exhibition of International Industrial Manufacturing Technology and Equipment held in Shenzhen. Our President and sales manager were invited to attend. In the Exhibition, we learned that lean manufacturing and strategic measurement build the foundation in fab shops. As a Carbide Rods and carbide inserts manufacturer, we found that we should do well follows steps in Industry 4.0.

Step 1: Lean Manufacturing

As a manufacturer, the lean processes and procedures should extend upstream, including raw material-Tungsten carbide and Cobalt handling, material inspection: before we ship the Carbide Inserts, we will inspect three times, even vendor relationships.

Step 2: Connectivity and Digitization

Our factory has taken the each equipment connected and the cargo stock in digitization. We can check the whole produce process in computer, and we can check the mistake in time if there were any accident happened.

Step 3: Full Autonomy

We think that a fully autonomous plant become much more flexible, not limited to rigid process-specific departments or value-stream layouts. In the connected plant, all required materials and workpieces will follow the path that makes best use of the entire operation`s available capacity. Job routings could change on-the-fly as AGVs move material, tools, and cut parts to where the processing capacity is, exactly when they`re needed.
